Childhood Revisited 2016
This series of illustrations was created in 2016, each piece featuring a traditional Burmese toy. Today, many of these toys are seen more as decorations than playthings, yet their design and craftsmanship have always fascinated me. Most of the dolls are made from papier-mâché, while others—like the toy gun and sword—are crafted from bamboo.
I hope to return to this project someday, adding new pieces and approaching it with a fresh perspective.
